All our articles in olive tree wood are work to you by hand and every one of they is an only piece thanks to the venatura of the olive tree wood. We work alone with olive tree wood first category that comes seccato from 6 to 10 years in the air opened in the South Italy before working it. It is a wood much solid and little poroso one, left to the natural one and only dealt with olive oil. It does not absorb liquids or catti to you it smells, it is not colored difficultly and scalfisce. For these reasons it is a lot adapted in kitchen, inasmuch as the bacteria cannot penetrate in the wood!
We guarantee for our articles in how much we repair free of charge, if it needs in the time, fissures ect….We remember but, than every article it must be dealt regularly with olive oil in order to avoid that buckets with the time!!!
